We welcome you to our platform Ezewin Technology Private Limited. Ezewin is a mobile Application / platform instituted to conduct quiz, wherein the users after registering themselves with a nominal fee can opt to participate in the quiz / competition. The quiz so organized shall be in the form of a question/audio/visual quiz and the users shall choose the right answer in the fastest time. Ezewin shall reward the first ten users who have answered the question right within the shortest period of time. There shall be only one question in the quiz / competition.

By accessing, browsing or in any way transacting on Ezewin, or availing any Services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use / Privacy Policy. The privacy Policy lays down the process by which Ezewin collects, stores or uses information of the users. Further, by impliedly or expressly accepting these terms, you also accept and agree to be bound by our policies, including the Privacy Policy and the laws governing such transactions. However, once you leave the site to any third-party website, the terms and privacy policy of the third-party website governs you.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated as part of this mobile application /platform. Please register yourself in the mobile application and access or view / download the mobile application only if you are agreeable to be bound by this Privacy Policy. In case you are not agreeable to the terms of the privacy policy or do not wish to be bound / obligated by these terms and conditions, we kindly request you not to register access / view or download this mobile application.

Our services have to be used legally and as permitted by law. Ezewin has the right to completely stop providing or suspend their services if you do not comply with our terms or policies. The contents, listings or any information provided in the mobile application may be changed at any time by us without notice by updating the privacy policy and terms and conditions. You agree to review the Terms and conditions of the mobile application / Privacy Policy regularly and your continued access or use of the mobile application / platform will mean that you agree to and abide by the updated Terms & Conditions / Privacy Policy.

2. Information

We collect the information of the users as provided by them such as name, geographical location, payment information, age, your IP address, password and valid financial information provided by the user. We also collect and store certain information using cookies like purchase and content use history and the like.

As a user, you are first required to register yourselves prior to using our services. Note that the collected information during the user registration process is governed as per the privacy policy. Please read the privacy policy before divulging the above-mentioned personal information.

On being prompted for Registration as a new user, you are required to provide basic information such as Name, age, Mobile Number, Email Id, password, location for creating an account. Kindly be informed that you shall create only one account.

As a user willing to register and to use the services rendered by us you understand and agree that by availing the services we may directly or indirectly collect and store information regarding your access and use of our mobile application and your personal details that were shared during the Registration. You agree that we may use such information for any purpose related to any use of the mobile application / platform including but not limited to:

• Provide, troubleshoot and improving the performance of the mobile application / platform;
• verifying compliance with the terms and other conditions.
• For internal purposes of the Company such as enhancing security of the Platform, auditing, testing, troubleshooting, data analysis and research conducted either indirectly/directly by Company;
• Complying with the legal obligations like place of residence to verify identity and other tax related purposes
• To protect the users by preventing fraud and abuse and to protect the security of the users.

You have to provide your express consent to provide these information for us to give you permission to access the mobile application / platform, failing which we are not obligated to provide access to the mobile application / platform for our services.

You agree that based on the information provided by you, advertisements may be provided by Ezewin and its third party websites. You also agree that once you leave the website of Ezewin to any third party websites, Ezewin does not have any control over your activities carried on by you in said websites and the terms and conditions of the third party websites govern the activities carried on by you.

3. Reason for collection of Information:

Ezewin is a mobile Application to conduct quiz and the information so gathered is necessary to ensure the users’ information is stored properly to comply with the dispatch of money to the winners. The platform collects preferences of the users and provides a personalized search result. The site may track the IP address of a user’s mobile and save certain information on their system in the form of cookies. A user has the option to accept or decline the cookies by modifying it on their application.

The information from users is collected for the following reasons:

• Contact Number (One Time Password) to login securely, to deliver a customized experience and to maintain user sessions.
• Age (To enhance the experience of the user on the platform by offering relevant data and information).
• Country (To enhance the user experience by offering relevant advertisements based on their geography).
• City (To ensure that the city provided by the user is being accessible or use of the Ezewin Application).
• Email Address – to contact the users regarding competitions / quiz and also to contact the winners
• Banking Details – to credit the prize money to the users

4. Applicability of this Privacy policy:

The terms mentioned in this privacy policy herein shall apply to users who have downloaded the application to browse with no intention of committing their information to the application and the registered users who are willing to divulge their information to ensure continued support of a personalized nature from the application.

5. Details of information is collected & shared:

The personal details / information that are given by the visitors/ users like name, email address, mobile number, age, city and country of current residence, profession, location, financial details, IP addresses are collected. The terms and conditions do not apply to any interaction carried on by the users with any third party websites. Information: That is collected from Registered Users: If you create and register an account with us, you are required to give us certain information during creation of your account. We ask all registered users to provide a name, email address, mobile number, age, city and country of current residence and other details.

We may collect information of the user based on the geographical location of the users. We shall share the relevant information based on similar quiz related Applications as advertisements to the users.

The user undertakes to create the account on payment of the requisite entry fee as mentioned in the platform. Once the registration is complete, the user is able to view the dates and time of the competition on the platform and they shall enter their credentials on the said date to ensure smooth login and participate in the competition.

The users on creating an account are required to pay the requisite fee for registration. Once registering, the user gets a single chance to take the quiz which shall be in the form of a question/audio/video and the user has to answer the question at the earliest possible time. Ezewin shall choose the top fastest persons (number of winners to be determined before every quiz) who provide the right answers and shall make a monetary award for them. The user agrees and undertakes that all the Confidential or personal Information will remain the sole property of Ezewin and that we shall use the information within the scope mentioned herein, in compliance with the Applicable Law.

Please note that the information provided by the users is shared to relevant third parties. However, the information shall not be divulged outside of the scope of this Agreement. If you do not want us to share your e-mail address with other organizations, you can choose to opt out of such services while registering on our application or at a later time. Users hall be provided with personalized advertisements based on their interest in the quiz and the information provided by them to enhance their experience.

Other information collected:

The users in the event of winning the contest, shall be required to provide their Bank details to which the prize money would be credited. The users agree to provide the relevant KYC information like Aadhaar Card and PAN card details to ensure the money is deposited in the appropriate account. Once KYC has been verified, users shall be contacted by Ezewin for their Bank details. The Prize Money shall be deposited to the winners’ accounts after TDS deduction within 23 working days. Any change in the same shall be intimated on the website policy.

You are hereby informed that in the event of not providing the Bank Account details and KYC relevant information, Ezewin shall not proceed to award the prize promised and you forfeit the right to the prize money.

6. Security Issues:

The Accuracy and Confidentiality of Your Account Information is your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and accuracy of your password, email address, payment and account details and other account information at all times. We recommend a strong password that you do not use with other services. We are not responsible for personal data transmitted to a third party as a result of an incorrect email address.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction:

Please note that in case of any dispute with Ezewin Technology Private Limited generally or specifically related to the privacy policy or the terms and conditions, belongs to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Hyderabad, India and is governed exclusively by Indian Laws.
